Justice's help is sought after an apparent suicide of a young girl is discovered. Believing the suicide to be a homicide, Justice confronts the Yancy Street Gang. A run in with the girl's father leads Justice to believe there is much more to her story than first appears. He joins the charity Child Watch and begins his investigation.
